Our past experiences can affect how we interpret data. So, we will interpret the data differently and conclude differently. So,
there can be many right answers and creative solutions from many different people. So, we shouldn’t ignore other’s ideas just because those ideas do not fit our experiences. We should be quiet and listen, without judging. In a team, we can get valuable ideas from many experiences of all members.
